About me
I'm a principal product designer with 12+ years leading design for ventures ranging from seed-stage startups to Fortune 500s. I've founded and scaled two bootstrapped companies, led products through funding rounds and IPOs, and shipped AI-powered platforms that had to earn user trust before they could drive results.
My best work happens at the intersection of complex data, ambitious teams, and products that actually have to earn trust.

Got Questions?
01/
What kinds of problems do you enjoy working on?
I’m most interested in complex, high-leverage problems where design decisions have outsized impact. That often means platform work, systems design, data-heavy products, or products that sit at the intersection of consumer experience and internal tooling. I enjoy ambiguity, tradeoffs, and problems that don’t come with a clear playbook.
02/
What level do you typically operate at?
I operate comfortably at a Staff / Lead / Principal level, depending on the organization and stage. That usually means balancing hands-on design work with strategic thinking, influencing direction across teams, and helping raise the bar for quality, clarity, and decision-making beyond just the features I’m directly working on.
03/
How do you work with product and engineering partners?
Very closely. I like being embedded with product and engineering partners early, shaping problems together rather than designing in isolation. I’m comfortable debating tradeoffs, working through constraints, and aligning on what “good” looks like before execution starts. My goal is always to help teams move faster with more confidence.
04/
What kinds of teams do you work best on?
I do my best work on teams that value curiosity, ownership, and thoughtful debate. I like environments where designers are trusted to think beyond execution, where collaboration is real, and where the work benefits from multiple perspectives across product, engineering, research, and data.
05/
What are you looking for in your next role?
I’m looking for a role where I can work on meaningful problems, partner deeply with strong teams, and have real influence on both product direction and quality. The exact title matters less than the scope, expectations, and opportunity to do thoughtful, impactful work.
